Anthelio assists our clients with establishing their Enterprise Wide Project Management Office (PMO) in order to provide a centralized infrastructure for managing, monitoring and reporting across projects and programs. The PMO provides oversight and management consistency with regard to methodologies and tools. A central function is to administer quality assurance practices that facilitate project success.
